All prices are displayed in the store currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. The price charged for an order is the price at the time the order is placed.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. This email does not guarantee product availability.

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Wild Turtle is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
