Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, the holiday period) processing may extend to 3–5 business days. We'll always keep you informed via email.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.

Every order ships in 100% plastic-free, recycled, or compostable materials. Our mailers are made from kraft paper or cornstarch-based packaging. No bubble wrap, no plastic tape.

We currently ship to selected countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Wild Turtle is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
